Meet the Authors
The Evergreen Series is a collaborative work by John and Christina Vandivier. The two have two wonderful children together, three dogs, and a blue budgie.

Hi, I’m Tina! AKA, one half of the writing duo behind Evergreen.
Evergreen is the happy collision of two very different (but deeply compatible) worlds.
My husband, John, is an AI programmer who lives and breathes technology. I’m a chronic #BookTok participant who devours romantasy, gothic fantasy, dark romance, and horror. Somewhere between code and cursed forests, we combined our passions and created our first co-authored novel.
By day, I’m a Vice President at a real estate management company in Northern Virginia. By night (and weekends), I’m a professional competitive pole dancer, coach, and instructor. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Journalism and History, which explains my deep love of storytelling, research, and asking “what if?” a little too often.
I’m a mom of two, married to my high school best friend, and constantly outnumbered by high-energy beings, including two huskies and a corgi who believe sleep is optional (yes, they bark a lot). I’m Florida-born, Texas-raised, currently living in the cold (and surviving), fueled by books, travel plans, and a steady soundtrack of post-hardcore, nu-metal, and metalcore.
